This
buckle is 1930’s reproduction. This buckle is made of iron. Beautifully
designed and engraved as shown, and looks like it is handmade. Like an 1930's
original buckle, we cut an iron plate, it was molded press. Finished in nickel
plated, and has been coated with rustproof baked lacquer. Stamped of ACE in the
back side. Fits for 1 3/4 inches wide belt. Repeat, This buckle is made of
iron. Is not a casting buckle.
I have one of these buckles and it is wonderful. I have worn it everyday for 4 years plus and it still looks perfect.
